Who may use it

Thomas Enterprise Uploader is an internal tool of Thomas enterprises I B.V. Only our own team may use it, with the Google accounts that own our YouTube channels. It is not offered to the public.

YouTube

By using the tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Every upload is made under those terms and Google's policies. The tool does not change those terms. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Content

We only upload videos we made ourselves, to channels we own. We are responsible for that content.

Access

Access can be revoked at any time in your Google Account, at myaccount.google.com/permissions. How we handle Google user data is described in our privacy policy.

No warranty

The tool is provided as is, without any warranty.

Law

Dutch law applies to these terms.
